Animals’Rights

Saw the movie as a kid
What the atom bombings did
Floral skirt the girl was in
Left behind her floral skin
Greenhouse future drawing near
Polar icecaps disappear
Even if we slow the rate
Vermont will be a southern state

Somewhere they’re testing our food with little bunny’s lives
When I see your fur coat I want to kick you with my leather sandals

We need animals’ rights (x2)

The Pope says rubbers are a sin
Homeless ribs crawl out of skin
Babies die for want of rice
Tiny heads share rodent lice
When eight hundred Chineese died
No one in my family cried
There’s more important things we feel
We picket restaurants serving veal

Somewhere they’re making some helpless rats drink diet pop
When I see your fur coat I want to kick you with my leather sandals

Save the whales, save the seals
Mammals have mass appeal
But toads and birds have feelings too
But what of bugs, what can we do?
And what of plants? Let’s save them too
Stop killing plants God made them too!

We need vegetables’ rights (x2) Don’t eat vegetables!
